Refund policy

Article 1. Return policy
After the customer has received the product ordered by him, the customer has the opportunity to dissolve the underlying agreement with Le Beach within 14 working days after receiving this product. The customer does not need to give a reason for this.

If the customer wishes to dissolve the agreement within this period, the customer must notify info@lebeach.nl in writing. The customer must send the product in its original packaging to a return address determined by Le Beach. Le Beach will not take back products that have been used, whose packaging or other external features are damaged.

In this case, the customer must bear the cost and risk of shipping. After Le Beach has received the product in undamaged and original condition, Le Beach will transfer the full purchase price (minus shipping costs) as stated on the invoice, within fourteen days to a bank or giro account number to be indicated by the consumer.

We have tried to match the natural colors of the products as closely as possible. However, please note that all monitors and printers may have different color settings and that color deviations may occur.

Article 2. Conformity
The Customer should check the delivered products immediately upon receipt. Any defective products, the customer must immediately after discovery to Le Beach and at the latest within a period of 3 working days to report.
Complaints about visible defects and/or non-delivery in conformity with the order confirmation (quantity) must be made in writing within 3 working days after delivery under penalty of lapse of rights. After this period Le Beach will never take products back, except as provided in Article 1. Return policy.

When there is inexpert use, damage due to the effect of environmental factors (moisture, temperature, etc.) or other causes beyond the control of Le Beach, the customer can not claim a refund.
