Applicable law

All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these conditions apply, as well as these conditions, are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

The customer and LE BEACH will attempt to resolve any dispute by mutual agreement. Any disputes will, unless rules of mandatory law object, be exclusively submitted to the competent court in the district where Le Beach has its statutory seat.
